External Workforce Access

This access is granted for Agents Employees / External Workforce (“External Workforce”) for the purpose of learning, development, and logging of External Workforce (the “Purpose”). This access shall not constitute any direct or employment relationship between External Workforce (e.g. agents, consultants) and Hikma. The Information provided through such access is considered confidential Information, External Workforce warrant that the confidential Information has been made available only for the Purpose and accordingly shall not be passed on, communicated to any other person or reproduced, copied, distributed, disclosed or published in whole or part and shall be returned along with any other copies at any time at the request of the Hikma. Hikma reserves the right at any time to change or replace the confidential Information without any notice, or to suspend the access at any time.
